For landlords, tenants, and brokers, LOI-Pad lets you take your business terms and generate a customized Letter of Intent for your transaction. LOI-Pad covers the issues in 5 major categories: - Property & Parties - Term & Tenant Rights - Delivery & Construction - Rent & CAM - Additional Provisions LOI-Pad has built-in "logic" to prevent you from selecting conflicting choices. Calculations (such as tenant's share of building expenses) automatically update to reflect any changes. LOI-Pad enables you to upload your file to Dropbox and GoogleDocs. Your Letter of Intent can be sent by email or directly uploaded to your Dropbox account. You can also edit your LOI right on your iPad using GoogleDocs or CloudOn.
